What we hold

Our Meta app, "Newtekno Publisher," is used only to publish posts on NewTekno's own Facebook Page and Instagram account (@newteknoofficial). It does not offer Facebook Login to visitors and does not store data about people who interact with our posts. In most cases, we hold no personal data about you from Facebook or Instagram.

We may hold information you gave us directly, such as a contact form submission, an email, or a client account.

How to request deletion

• Email support@newtekno.com with the subject "Data deletion request."
• Include your name and the email, phone number, or Facebook/Instagram username you used with us.
• We will confirm your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep a record (for example, invoices).

Comments and messages on Facebook or Instagram

You can delete your own comments and messages directly in Facebook or Instagram at any time. You can also remove any app's access to your account under Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
